- Who do we provide services for? We have a variety of programs for adults with varying disabilities. The “Programs” tab provides a description for each of our programs.
- Does my family member qualify for service? If your family member was diagnosed with a developmental disability prior to the age of 18, then they may qualify for our Adult Day Training Program. If your family member meets the criteria set by Vocational Rehabilitation then they qualify for our Supported Employment Program.
- My family member needs services, but does not have funding for services, what can I do? We offer a private pay option for all services. Please contact the program director regarding rates at 850-265-2183.
- My family member would like to find a job, what can we do? First, contact the local Vocational Rehabilitation office, 850-872-4380, and once he/she is approved through that agency, a referral can be made to our Agency for supports/services.
- Where do we offer services? Bay County.
- What does it take to be an employee for The Arc of the Bay / St. Andrew Bay Center? All employees are background screened with local, federal, FBI, and the Department of Motor Vehicle checks. In addition, each service require that employees meet certain criteria.
- I can’t pay my electric bill, can The Arc of the Bay / St. Andrew Bay Center help? No – we do not assist with any payment of bills, etc.
- Are all services delivered at our facility? No, we deliver services at the client’s job, in the community, & in the client’s home.
- Do we provide transportation? We do provide transportation through our Personal Support service.
